At 2.40am local time Saturday Malaysia Airlines lost contact with flight MH370 from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing. The Boeing B777-200 aircraft was carrying 227 passengers and 12 crew members. A search is now under way in the waters between Malaysia and Vietnam. No wreckage has been found so far.

  2. There is a possibility that this is related to Operation Northwoods which spoke specifically about hijacking planes and blaming it on enemies of USA.

    Putin managed to foil the invasion of Syria on ‘human rights grounds’ and now he claims to be doing what he is doing in Crimea on ‘human rights grounds’. It may have put the west on the backfoot as it is normally them that likes to fight for human rights. In which case Putin would have to “do something” that the whole world could easily identify as being abhorrent. The hijacking of planes would fit this very well.

    In which case, the chess board has been set and we shall wait to see what happens after Putin holds his ‘democratic referendum’ which leads to Crimea ‘voting’ to join Russia. MH370 then enters stage left.
