Pentagon to help Mexico “fight drug dealers like they fight Al Qaeda”.

This week, Mexican officials candidly announced that NORTHCOM had created a special office in Colorado to help the government combat drug traffic “the way USA does Al Qaeda”.
A week after “elected” president Enrique Peña Nieto announced the creation of the Mexican equivalent of the CIA in what previously was the State Department, reports came of increased cooperation between both governments to train and equip the Mexican military and law enforcement agencies in a similar manner to the US armed forces.
It was not clarified in what way the tactics would resemble “the way USA fights Al Qaeda”, which raised heavy criticism from the very few people in Mexico who understand that Al Qaeda is a creation of the CIA, used time and again for the purpose of scaring the American people into submission to draconian security measures.
The escalation that this tendency clearly points to is a serious matter, as violence has skyrocketed since new president Peña Nieto took office.
