In the last installment I reviewed some of the more convincing arguments made to forward the Islamic Antichrist / Beast Kingdom paradigm.  As already stated, I believe that those who hold this point of view have contributed to the overall prophetic discourse by offering a valid critique of the more traditional Roman Empire perspective and by uncovering useful and accurate interpretations of previously overlooked Scriptures.  However, I do not personally subscribe entirely to the Islamic Antichrist paradigm.

First of all, from a Luciferian point of view, the roll of Islam in the end times is twofold: First, I believe that Islam is being used by the enemy to goad the geo-political and religious worlds into a World War III scenario.  (Influential Freemason Albert Pike wrote about precisely this in the 19th century.)  Objectively speaking, since the onset of the so-called Arab Spring we can see a new Caliphate slowly coming to life in North Africa and the Middle East.  To me it is increasingly clear that the Pan-Islamic world, together with Russia and China (and others), will play the part of the bad guy when World War III finally goes hot.  After all, with the looming global financial mega-catastrophe (which may begin in Japan prior to moving west into Europe and ultimately to United States), a mega-diversion will be needed to keep the people of the respective nations around the globe from rising up in revolution against the New World Order overlords.  (I’m hearing a buzz that Kuwait might be the next nation in the crosshairs in the Middle East.)

Russ Dizdar’s concept of a black awakening (which I have written about previously) may be triggered in conjunction with the global financial collapse to heighten and exacerbate the Luciferian chaos.  (Will this serve as a further pretext to confiscate our guns?)  Think 911, Columbine, Virginia Tech, Aurora, and Sandy Hook all happening on the same day while the bottom drops out of the market and you may begin to get a picture of may be needed for people to accept the New World Order.  In my opinion the Islamic sleeper cells, scattered throughout the United States and connected with both Iran and The Muslim Brotherhood, may simultaneously get the green light to unleash untold terror on the American populace even as the Black Awakening occurs.  (See last week’s post.) I have reason to believe that there may even be a cell in the community where I reside but I’ll leave it at that for the time being.

If Islam is to play the roll of the bad guy during WWIII, then the Antichrist will stroll on to the global stage in the post-WWIII world having dealt with radical Islam.  In Revelation 6 the antichrist arrives on a white horse, not a black horse.  In other words, initially he comes when the world is crying for ‘Peace and Safety’.  Furthermore, from what we see in Ezekiel 38, Psalm 83, Obadiah, etc., the Islamic nations frankly get their behinds handed to them.  Think about it, why would the Jews accept an Islamic antichrist who comes in the name of Jihad?

I have come in My Father’s name, and you do not receive Me; if another comes in his own name, you will receive him.  (John 5:43)

Why would Israel enter into a covenant with a guy who openly wants to exterminate all of the Jews and wipe their nation off the map?  A deceptive hudna agreement implies that the antichrist will be negotiating from a position of weakness.  This doesn’t quite make sense to me.

This brings us to the second roll of Islam in the end times: To give fundamentalist monotheism a bad name.  By orchestrating a simple bait and switch, conservative / fundamental Christianity and Judaism will be lumped into the same category is radical Islam and will therefore be demonized.  All of the talking-heads on the mind-control box will pontificate scornfully, ‘Look what happens when you take the Koran, or the Bible, too seriously!’

Now, several years ago I encountered the idea that Catholicism and Islam could be softened and strangely merged into a single Babylonian world religion (which would accept the ‘higher truths’ of Hinduism, Buddhism, Zoroastrianism, etc.) – and that this could all be catalyzed by the common veneration of the Virgin Mary.  Here are some excerpts from an article I wrote after reading Queen of All (Tetlow, Oakland, Myers) in 2006:

By now many reading this article are well-aware of the Islamic Messiah called imam-Mahdi, who, according to Islamic prophecy, is scheduled to appear with so-called Jesus at the end of days, subsequently converting the world to Islam.

Furthermore, many Roman Catholics are quietly teaching that ‘Rome will lose the faith and become the seat of the Antichrist.’(1)  This quote comes directly from a Marian Apparition called Our Lady of LaSallette, which has achieved formal approval by way of the Vatican.(2)

Catholics and Muslims are both expecting a season of general tribulation before the triumph of their respective religions.  Order out of chaos, so-to-speak.

With this in mind, what if I told you that the apocalyptic expectations of Islam and Roman Catholic were interrelated?  What if these two seemingly separate religions could be brought together as one?

How, you ask?  The Virgin Mary.

Mary is greatly esteemed in Islam above all other women.  Muslims refer to her as Sayyida (Our Lady), just like Roman Catholics.(3) The Hadith (Islamic tradition) state that Mary attained a ‘level of perfection’(4) while Catholic dogma proclaims that Mary was sinless.  Sura 19 in the Koran is called Mary or Maryam – which literally means ‘the purified one’ or ‘one who is purified.’(5)  Islam affirms the virgin birth of Jesus and mentions Mary in the Koran 34 times, far more than any other woman.(6)  What’s more, the Koran explicitly teaches that Mary is a portent or sign for mankind:

And she who guarded her chastity, so We breathed into her of Our inspiration and made her and her son a sign for the nations.  Sura 21.91

And We made the son of Marium and his mother a sign, and We gave them a shelter on a lofty ground having meadows and springs.  Sura 23.50

Taking this a step further, Marian Apparitions have the attention of Muslims throughout the world.  (To be clear, I believe Apparitions are occurring, but they are a deception of the enemy.)  Our Lady of Fatima is named after Muhammad’s youngest daughter and is home to one of the world’s largest interfaith shrines.  Islamic Tradition holds that Muhammad left his daughter Fatima a secret that would be revealed at the end of days.(7)  The Fatima Apparition, which appeared to three girls in Portugal in 1917, reportedly said something to this effect: “Dedicate the world to me [Mary] and I will bring the Christians and the Muslims together under me.”(8)  The Hadith also state that Fatima has the highest place in heaven after the Virgin Mary.(9) What follows is a dramatic account of an Apparition appearing in Zeitoun, Egypt (1968-73):

‘The Zeitoun apparitions… were seen by everyone present… the persons persent at apparitional events there varied from several thousand to over two-hundred thousand per night.  Total witnesses perhaps numbered into the millions.

Several nights each week, thousands of Moslems (who constituted most of the crowds) fell to their knees on prayer rugs spread wherever space permitted, and wept before the magnificent, wondrous, glorious form of Our Lady from Heaven.  All witnesses agree that the Lady seemed to be composed of light that usually was intense, yet lessened occasionally.

The apparitions of ‘Mary, the Mother of Jesus’ were serenely animate, moving from one side of the church roof to another, as if to provide a direct view to all the surrounding throng, from which many called to her to come their way.  She often responded to the singing and chanting of the crowd, appearing to bow in acknowledgement, greeting and blessing.  Sometimes she made gesture of prayer, or held out and waved what appeared to be an olive branch.  At other times, thousands watched her radiant form, which was often aglow with bluish white light, as she held in her left arm what certainly appeared to be the baby Jesus.

The Zeitoun apparitions seemed to affect all witnesses, including hundreds who were spontaneously healed.  Many such cases have been documented by Dr. Shafik Abd El Malik, M.B., B.Ch., M.D., Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, who headed a commission of seven doctors to study the miraculous cures.’(10)

The important book Queen of All reports that during these same Egyptian Apparitions “Muslims chanted from the Koran: ‘Mary, God has chosen thee.  And purified thee; He has chosen thee above all women.’”(11)

[Few may realize that] the Vatican has great respect for the Islamic Faith.  I quote directly from a Vatican II document called Nostra Aetate No. 3:

‘The Church regards with esteem also the Moslems. They adore the one God, living and subsisting in Himself; merciful and all- powerful, the Creator of heaven and earth, who has spoken to men; they take pains to submit wholeheartedly to even His inscrutable decrees, just as Abraham, with whom the faith of Islam takes pleasure in linking itself, submitted to God. Though they do not acknowledge Jesus as God, they revere Him as a prophet. They also honor Mary, His virgin Mother; at times they even call on her with devotion. In addition, they await the day of judgment when God will render their deserts to all those who have been raised up from the dead. Finally, they value the moral life and worship God especially through prayer, almsgiving and fasting.

Since in the course of centuries not a few quarrels and hostilities have arisen between Christians and Moslems, this sacred synod urges all to forget the past and to work sincerely for mutual understanding and to preserve as well as to promote together for the benefit of all mankind social justice and moral welfare, as well as peace and freedom.’(12)

Another Vatican II document, Lumen Gentium No. 16, reads:

‘Finally, those who have not yet received the Gospel are related in various ways to the people of God. In the first place we must recall the people to whom the testament and the promises were given and from whom Christ was born according to the flesh. On account of their fathers this people remains most dear to God, for God does not repent of the gifts He makes nor of the calls He issues; But the plan of salvation also includes those who acknowledge the Creator. In the first place amongst these there are the Mohamedans, who, professing to hold the faith of Abraham, along with us adore the one and merciful God, who on the last day will judge mankind.’(13)  (See also Catechism paragraph 841.)

Perhaps more is going on here than originally meets the eye.  Many Roman Catholics are looking towards the Blessed Virgin Mary to usher in what amounts to a Marian Millennium.  Evidently this thinking reaches all the way to the chair of Peter itself.  The late Pope John Paul II wrote the following in his book Crossing the Threshold of Hope:

‘On this universal level, if victory comes it will be brought by Mary.  Christ will conquer through her, because he wants the Church’s victories now and in the future to be linked to her.’(14)

Here’s what other well-known Roman Catholics have to say.  The late Jesuit Priest Father Malachi Martin wrote the following:

‘In reckoning the future of Islam, Pope Paul takes into account that as a genuinely religious faith, it preserves certain fundamental truths that the Holy Spirit reveals to all people of good will; and that, in God’s providence, Islam can be a threshold from which its adherents can be prepared to accept the only historical revelation made by God in this world.  There will come a day, John Paul believes, when the heart of Islam – already attuned to the figures of Christ and of Christ’s Mother, Mary – will receive the illumination it needs.  In the meantime, the Pontiff knows that Islam will stand against him and his church and his geopolitical vision.’(15)

The late and influential Archbishop Fulton Sheen wrote:

‘It is our firm belief that the fears some entertain concerning the Moslems are not to be realized, but that in a way that even some of our missionaries never suspect.  It is our belief that this will happen not through the direct teaching of Christianity but through a summoning of the Moslems to a veneration of the Mother of God. Missionaries in the future will, more and more, see that their apostolate among the Moslems will be successful in the measure that they preach Our Lady of Fatima.
(16)

Sheen also proposed that the ‘Blessed Virgin’ chose to be known as ‘Our Lady of Fatima’ as a pledge and a sign of hope to the Muslim people and as an assurance that they, who show her so much respect, will one day accept her Divine Son, too.’(17)

[Author’s note] Where the Catholics and Muslims esteem the so-called Virgin Mary, it is fair to say that almost all of the major world religions have feminine deities which are venerated and worshipped.  Part II of the article continues:

…It is interesting to note that Hinduism, Buddhism, Wicca, the New Age,  and indigenous tribal religions all seem to have their own versions of feminine or ‘mother’ deities – a.k.a. goddess worship.

Buddhism has Tara ‘the Savioress’ who encourages ‘a personal and enduring relationship.”   Tara has been described as the Divine Mother of Tibetan Buddhism.(18)

Here’s how one author describes Hinduism:

‘A considerable number of goddesses are known in the earliest Hindu Scriptures, the Vedic Hymns.  No other living religious tradition displays such an ancient, continuous, and diverse history of goddess worship.’(19)

Here’s yet another quote from the must read book Queen of All:

‘Within the New Age and Eastern religious circles, many acknowledge the great importance and reemergence of the goddess.  She has always played a major part in their beliefs and worship.  And accordingly, books, like The Goddess Re-Awakening are predicting her triumphant comeback.’(20)  (The authors go on to extensively document these claims.)

Taoism has a female deity who is literally called “the Queen Mother of the West.”(21)  Also, think about all of the female deities of ancient paganism.  Here are a few, as named by the authors of Queen of All:

Astarte, Ashtoreth, Asherah, Ishtar, Venus, Diana, Artemis, Lilith, Minerva, Isis, Kwan-yin, Demeter, Gaia, Luna, Hectate, Aphrodite, Aurora, Shing Moo, Holy Mother, White Buffalo Calf Woman, Shakti, Hera, Innanna, Kali, Juno, Sophia, Ceres, Persephone, Our Lady, and Blessed Mother.(22)

But where did all of these goddesses come from?

The article continues, but I summarize the answer to this question in my book The Omega Manifesto.

Nimrod’s wife Semiramis was a priestess in the false religious system and she claimed to have given birth to a son without a human father. In ancient cultures Nimrod himself was deified and worshiped in various forms, including as a calf, a bull, a serpent, and a dragon. This pagan Babylonian system is extremely important because it served as the foundation for all of the ancient Mystery Religions, including (but not limited to) those of ancient Sumeria, Egypt, Persia, India, Greece, and Rome. These Mystery Religions were always hierarchical in nature and the secret doctrines they contained were commonly withheld from all but the highest level of inner circle adepts or initiates. Their practices were extremely occultic in nature.(23)

The ancient feminine diety and the ‘Mary’ of Roman Catholicism and Islam are therefore the same entity.  This brings me to an interpretation of Revelation 12 that I have never seen anywhere else but I believe may be worth considering.  (Note: I am aware of the surface meaning of the text and am not dismissing or changing this interpretation.  But I am suggesting a hidden layer that may be there.  I’m not being dogmatic about it so relax before you send me an email telling me to accept what I already do accept.)

A great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars; Revelation 12:1

Will the Whore of Babylon (Revelation 17) pose as the Woman of the Apocalypse?  (Think about the EU flag, though of course those who know the Bible realize the Woman is actually Israel as revealed by Joseph’s dream).  But think about this:

The sun:Catholicism
The moon: Islam
The 12 stars: fallen angels/ nephilim of Genesis 6.

But to the earth dwellers of Revelation, the 12 stars would be the demigods of ancient paganism and mythology posing as a superior ‘alien’ race having returned to save mankind from himself.

To me this view could possibly merge the Western Europe / Rome view and the Mid East Beast / Islam view and the American Babylon view that builds on the Baconian New Atlantis – which gets into the pre-history that Steve Quayle talks about in Angel Wars.

In other words, if I am correct (and that’s a BIG if), the Bible is telling us that the false Woman of the Apocalypse – the Whore of Babylon posing as a legitimate and transformational global spirituality – is the convergence of Catholicism, Islam, ancient paganism, and the Mystery Religions!

How interesting that the false prophet, who many believe will be the coming defective Pope Petrus Romanus (whom I believe will be a hybrid entity like the antichrist), has two horns.

Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb and he spoke as a dragon. Revelation 13:11

Could the two horns be Catholicism and Islam, which when combined have a collective following over 2.5 billion strong on the earth today?

Within this paradigm, the child of the false woman – in reality Yeshua / Jesus – is of the false instead-of Christ whom even the Jews will accept for a time (notice the stars are the crown on the woman’s head).

But you say, the dragon attacks the woman and the dragon is Satan.  I may develop this more later, but think of the Transformer movies.  The autobots are not the good guys but the antichrist crowd (this is the inversion of Gnosticism).  The decepticons represent radical evil (radical Islam, Satanic sleepers, Black Awakening, etc.).  Good cop bad cop.  Good Luciferian bad Luciferian.  By the end of the Great Tribulation the inversion is complete and the Luciferian New World Order is ‘good’ and Jesus Christ and the armies of Heaven coming back to invade the earth are ‘bad’.

Remember eventually the kings of the earth devour the whore and in the end we are left with the worship of Lucifer (the strange god) exalting himself above every other god.
