TEXAS MYSTERY MEATLOAF

Since many asked me what is it and how to make it I will tell you. Please rate this too.
This meal will cost under five dollars to make and will feed four easily.
What you need:
1 lb hamburger or bulk sausage
2 cups self-rising flour, I love Pioneer Brand, Buttermilk Biscuit Mix it has an even consistency and always rises.
2 cups cooked rice
1 onion chopped
2 small taters grated
2 cups grated or cubed sharp cheddar
2 cups picante sauce
Seasonings
For a kick it up add sliced jalapenos to the mix, remember a little goes a long way.
Mix all the above in a large bowl.
Put in greased loaf pan.
Pour remainder picante over loaf.
Pop in oven at 350 till golden brown about a hour.
Take out of oven, allow to set for a minute or so, then cut into slices and serve with side of Spanish rice or dirty rice as side dish no one leaves hungry.
