Greetings, I have only started to research “SKA”, so with 15 mins. of searching, I saw a lot of Global this and Global that… It seems a massive project due to break ground in 2016. I would search the Countries that have joined the enterprise… Any names of Phd’s. , heads of different SKA divisions, and where they meet… I saw a meeting in the Netherlands listed, to me that is a red flag. Thanks OW, yes it’s a massive international project with capital from the US, Brittain and lots of other guys – 2/3rds of the dishes will be in RSA & Africa and the rest in Australia. They want to apparently look at the start of the universe and look for E.T.s. But who knows what they can or intend to do with the technology and data and maybe the tech have got other capabilities they’re not telling us about?
The central hub or where they’re going to start construction of the dishes is in our backyard – we are in one of the core areas and they have banned all radio frequencies between 9 kHz and 3000 GHz – which basically mean we will not have any means to communicate with the outside and being a 100km from the nearest town – not nice.

Wow!, I got the spread, multiple countries, S. Africa, New Zealand, Australia, and on… I did not see or find that areas surrounding these dish complexes were going to have some loss of Freedom do to its inception. They would not get far with that in North America. You should keep connecting the dots on this one. Likely where will be many rumors, likely, there will be disinformation, likely, You are going to have to ferret out the Truths and tell the World. Example: I do not live were you do but, I am coming to visit: how do I know that, and just a wild guess here, I can not use, or likely receive, wave forms within those parameters? I stinks to me. Sounds like “They plan on moving out anyone that is within these designated areas and locking the boundaries down. Didn’t catch everything you said but will try to find out – later
our gov brought out the Astronomy Geographic Advantage Act in 2007, later declared certain core areas and 12 June 2012 published these prohibitions and restrictions for the areas – haven’t been enforced yet but construction of the dishes must still commence or they are busy. Don’t quote me but apparently some spokesperson said “they didn’t know anybody lived out there”

For HAARP to work, they must’d figured out a special case where the magnetic field modifies the gravitational field. Standard science says one has nothing to do with the other.
