It seems Gene Rosen was actually a Crisis Specialist with FEMA for children back in 2008, or he was playing one as an actor for some PR work, one of the two. The video shows you some images of him working with some kids that have an uncanny resemblance to some of the kids that Obama had onstage during his signing of his gun control related measures, recently. I have a feeling they’re not the same kids, since the ones seen with Mr Rosen would be 4 years older, and I don’t see that here.
Anyway, check it out just the same before its gone:

They are all actors, my guess the same hoax was used in Arizona and colorado.
