After reading about the Sheriff that stood up for the 1st Amendment I, wondered if the airport is public or private property and bumped into the link below.

If you notice in the video the officer states “Obviously, this is your right constitutionally…..but as far as the airport authority, they have their own separate rules”. My question is, how can they have rules that don’t abide by the constitution? If it’s true then I’m going to set my own rules for my own yard too, constitutional or not. If it’s true then the TSA, state police, government officers and any other state or federal authority is no longer allowed in my yard and trespassers will be shot on sight.
How come no one has picked up on this from this video? It’s in your face.
