I think one problem is most don’t think for themselves. Their faith lies in the hands of so-called official experts. They feel as though “the tribe” provides answers, not separate individuals. Even if the individual is correct, “the tribe” must first confirm in order for it become “reality”, no matter how fact based that truth is. Such people are failing to realize that individuals are whom drives development. The system is meant to be something like a tool, not the “all seeing eye” who provides all answers that its been made out to be. So many of these people drown themselves in media, always provided with content to consume their thoughts. I believe if people would spend more time alone, away from the TV, and go into deep thought, reflecting upon oneself every once in a while then our society would be in a much better state.

  1. “Education should aim at destroying free will so that after pupils are thus schooled they will be incapable throughout the rest of their lives of thinking or acting otherwise than as their school masters would have wished … The social psychologist of the future will have a number of classes of school children on whom they will try different methods of producing an unshakable conviction that snow is black. Various results will soon be arrived at: first, that influences of the home are ‘obstructive’ and verses set to music and repeatedly intoned are very effective … It is for the future scientist to make these maxims precise and discover exactly how much it costs per head to make children believe that snow is black. When the technique has been perfected, every government that has been in charge of education for more than one generation will be able to control its subjects securely without the need of armies or policemen.”
Bertrand Russell quoting Johann Gottlieb Fichte, the head of philosophy & psychology who influenced Hegel and others – Prussian University in Berlin, 1810

Seems as though they have achieved their goal for the most part. You are right on target here.

    • Being in education I can tell you that kids are smarter than you think. Even though they may actually be functioning at an elementary grade level when they reach 18 years old. The smartness I refer to is their ability to avoid learning what we teach and instead adapting to their environment. I see kids today as skillful liars in some cases, I have seen successful drug dealers (business minded) and sneaky to no end. They firmly grasp modern technology better than us old people. True many end up in prison, but then they learn to take from the system, find a woman with a welfare check and leech off her! Again, it is not what we teach, but that is what some young people learn.

  2. critical thinking and self learning are an anathema to most people nowadays, virtually all education systems from schools to churches dont teach children how to think they just teach them what to think and that is the biggest issue.

so in the end people believe the majority, or what the tv tells them to believe instead of looking for themselves and forming their own opinion

  3. You are right on target with this one Logan. When I talk to people I rerely get thier independant thought. Instead they just parrot talking points they heard on the television. The tv is doing more than just presenting information fact or fiction. It is rewriting peoples brains like a computer program is written. Also, they understand how to gradually shift public opinion on an issue by changing the characters in different shows. Just like the bible uses parables to teach the truth. These shows use parables to teach lies or un-truths. It is wicked and until the tv’s are dealt with I fear we are going to be several million men short in our awakening. Hoping for a creative non-violent solution to pandora’s box.

    • I don’t think much can be done to stop the TV at this point but once we regain the Republic, those who are intentionally manipulating human minds will stand trail. Enough is now known that we should eventually be able to make the TV a more neutral device once again. Makes me wonder if one reason they might not do an EMP is that could break the TV zombies out of their trance since they wont have a box to zone out in front of. Then again they might not care at that point how many awaken.

  4. Oh there is way more than that. A make a long story short, whenever a child grows up and makes bad choices, look at the upbringing! Now multiply that by hundreds of thousands. Notice that I don’t blame any one parental factor however, a child raised in strict two parent family stands a better chance of growing up making good choices.

    • True… As long as us with good upbringings take a stand then we should win. I just wrote this post because I realized even myself doesn’t take enough time away from technology to actually deeply think. Also because I’m confounded since it appears many people can’t independently recognize fact based truth.
