I guess he was just being nice and letting the burglar make up for his stupidity. Honestly, I would of thrown him the phone and made him do the same. Always give them a chance to do whats right unless you have no choice.

Well, when you have the double grip technique then it is hard to dial. Never take your eyes off the target. Smart to get the guy to call. Lets you focus on which body part you want to shoot next.
