Public Group active 5 months, 2 weeks agoWhen citizens sometimes step up to interfere with criminal actions about to be committed against themselves or others it does not always have the result they expect. Even highly trained police officers can misunderstand or lose control of situations. Courts are to believe that people should not be punished for trying to look after their own wellbeing or the wellbeing of others. The concept of “lawful resistance” is used in such situations. This group is created to understand, discuss and provide working examples of lawful resistance.
