Dear Dr. Paul:
Secession and Independence
You already know of the popularity of secession around the county, and have highlighted its essential role in our history. The farewell speech you gave was one of the most poignant in your long career, and I thank you for serving liberty during your time in office and continually challenging the status quo.
Just as you said the secession movement was inherently patriotic, so is taking a bold stand on national issues. I know you have done more for liberty than any one of us can hope to, but I am asking you could hold up the flag……one last time.
Will you please make a move to reinstate the bill of rights to our beautiful nation? I believe the time has come for such measures. After the election results, many of us awake and aware people will willingly support a direct and continuing challenge to the direction America is heading. The attitudes of the general population are changing as well and becoming more freedom-centric and receptive.
My dream is to see you collect a group of your advisors and thought-peers together to hold talks on the Declaration of Independence. Over a year or two, you collect signatures on state secession petitions and hold conferences on this important document. Campaign for Liberty uses the leftover donations from the 2012 election cycle to finance these activities, supplementing any shortfall with moneybombs. Meanwhile, individual states gather steam in their desire to declare themselves independent of the corrupted federal government.
After about five or six of these conferences occurring during several years, a main conference is held on the Fourth of July and a fresh copy of the Declaration is signed. The new names on this paper are sealed into history even before the ink dries.
Bruce Fein, Edwin Vieira, Lew Rockwell, Judge Andrew Napolitano, Ray McGovern, Thomas Woods, Gerald Celente, Joseph Farah, Max Keiser, Joe Arpaio, Kurt Haskell, Richard Mack, Jerome Corsi, Gary Johnson, Judge Jim Gray, Alex Jones, Justin Amash, Dennis Kucinich, Thomas Massie, Jesse Ventura, Dr. Ron Paul, and his son, Dr. Rand Paul: these are among the names of the future signers of the reinstated Declaration. In retrospect, it would serve as a vital turning point in the fight against tyranny.
Please make this dream a reality. I know you are a humble man and gaining liberty is not about you as a person. However, you are in a position of great power right now; focusing the laser beam of liberty, burning away the darkness. Please continue to light the way from crumbling collapse back toward freedom and prosperity by taking the next step.
With great respect,
United States of America
