Greenville, SC – It is time for South Carolinians to take action to get their state representatives to co-sponsor H.R. 3101 the South Carolina Freedom of Health Care Protection Act, introduced by Rep.  William Chumley(R-Greenville/Spartanburg)
to prevent Obamacare from being implemented in SC and make attempts to enforce it illegal.

Plan to be at the press conference in the Rotunda of the State House scheduled for 11:30 AM, January 8th the day the General Assembly reconvenes.

To make sure we stop it, Obamacare MUST be nullified with this legislation. Due to the lack of transparency in the  SC state legislative process, it is especially important to get your state legislator to co-sponsor this important piece of legislation since corruption is pervasive throughout much of the legislature. Currently there are six other co-sponsors.

Simply following the money to see which legislators would stand to gain from the passage of Obamacare such as Speaker of the House, Bobby Harrell who owns Palmetto State Pharmaceuticals indicate that it isn’t a guarantee the bill will pass. It will require HUGE support among legislators and exposure of those Republicans who attempt to sabotage it. South Carolina is one of the five most corrupt states in the nation and gets an “F” for legislative accountability..

If Obamacare is enforced in the Palmetto State, it could mean seizure of bank accounts and property if coverage is not obtained or penalties not paid. Government grants for euthanasia and abortion would be made available and  increasing denial of surgeries would have a terrible impact  on South Carolinians.

So come to the rally at the State House on the 8th, 1100 Gervais Street, Columbia, SC if you can and be sure to contact your legislators to tell them to co-sponsor H.R. 3101 to STOP OBAMACARE in SC. Contact your area’s Tea Party; Campaign for Liberty or Ron Paul Meet-up group or Republican Party Headquarters if you need transporation to the event.
