I used to live in a place called Los Alamos New Mexico, they still do underground nuclear testing there, though you would never know because they have a machine that can move air and pressure so fast that it feels like a small earth quake that happen there every so often. I bring this up because a few years back they discovered they could theoretically change the pressure of an entire region with this machine and they have been doing weather simulations on their road runner supercomputer, I’m not sure if they have tried to put into practice but I thought I would bring it up.
