1. Create A Biometric Type ID Card For All Americans, Eventually Have It Tied Into Their Drivers License, And Connected To All Of Their Personal Information And Records.

2. Convince The Public That This ID Is Absolutely Necessary For Their Safety And Security.

3. Purposely Design The ID To Be Easily Accessible To All Types Of Thieves And Criminals Who Know How To Seal Information From Computerized ID Cards And How To Hack A Person’s Personal Information.

4. Tell The Public That The ID Was A Big Mistake, And That Now Is The Time To Move Towards A Micro Chipped Population So That Thieves Will Not Be Able To Steal The Identity Of American Citizens. Ala – The Mark Of The Beast System.
