KOG… You Talking to Me?

KNOWING OUR GOD
This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. (Mat 15:8-9)
And they come unto thee as the people cometh, and they sit before thee as my people, and they hear thy words, but they will not do them: for with their mouth they shew much love, but their heart goeth after their covetousness. (Eze 33:31)
Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it. (Mat 7:21-27)
And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say? (Luk 6:46)
Are you one among those that sit under the authority of religious sounding men, who feeds you with the one or two verse flavored teachings they cook up to serve their flocks on Sunday mornings. Are you one among those who are secretly discouraged from developing an intimate and personal relationship with the Word of God, in favor of sitting under the teachings and instructions of men? Have you been sold on the Gospel about Jesus, instead of the Gospel of the Kingdom of God? While your bearing the burdens put upon you to carry the Gospel about Jesus to the world, are you teaching for doctrines the commandments of men, saying; touch not, taste not, walk this way, talk this way, play this way, serve this way and live this way? Are you one among those that celebrate the universal “Mass of Christ” (Christmas) every year upon the December winter solstice, by giving gifts (time, money, resources) to one another, instead of, as wise men, bringing your gifts (time, money, resources) to the Lord for the edification and growth of the body? Are you one among those that assemble to unknowingly worship the God of this world upon the “Day of the Sun”? Are you one among those living under the deceptions and errors of the church, while your strength is being rendered unto Caesar, thus allowing evil men to ride over our heads and the profit driven motives to burn thru our lives. Are you one among those who profess to have an personal and intimate relationship with the Lord, but your personal and intimate relationship to the Bible may be lacking? If so; then I’m talking to you.
I’m not anti Christianity. I’m anti wickedness in high places, whether dressed in a suit or a robe. I’m anti that which makes us fall short of the glory God intends for us. Celebrating Christmas, which is promoted from the pulpit and spiritually and emotionally driven by the media, is a good example of a preached upon practice that make us fall short of having prosperous and thriving communities. Consider the billions that are generated thru the time, energy and resources of the people from this unsavory collaboration between the pulpit and the press. All done in the lieu of profit, which in our world, is wealth extracted locally to be amassed into power to act globally. Now, instead of giving our time, energy and resources to the practice of giving gifts to one another, giving life to the beast system, and the image of the beast (corrupt religion). And if we were to value the overall cost of this practice in the billions, along with the profits made. Imagine if this value, or amount of time, energy and resources were given unto the service of the Lord, invested unto the work of the church of birthing righteous men and building thriving communities. Life and wealth given in the spirit and the service of love, instead of impregnating the beast with profits to hatch more of it’s young.
So you see, to me the practice of celebrating Christmas and the other “Holy Days” of men, robs the local communities of economic power and causes us to fall short of the thriving prosperous communities we could have. Imagine also the health and wealth benefits that would empower the churches and build prosperous and thriving communities if all the time, energy and resource invested in prescription drugs was given unto the service of the Lord.
So if your relationship to the bible is not quite measuring up to the relationship you want to have with the Lord. Fret not, for all are not called to be bible scholars. We are called unto a spiritual household that heareth the sayings of Jesus (the Bible in the flesh) and doeth them. We are called unto a spiritual community that has an intimate and personal relationship with the WORD OF GOD. With the ability to perceive, understand and practice the sayings of Jesus. Which are “spirit” and “life”. A community that teaches and edifies one another, with so intimate a relationship with the Bible, that over time, it’s members mature more and more into the image and likeness of Christ. Becoming themselves the Word of God in the flesh. Birthing Christ like individuals as servants unto the work of fulfilling the goals and objectives of the Bible. Which we discover thru the symbolism of Christ being the Word of God in the flesh, is the salvation of humanity, giving sight to the blind, raising the dead, bringing light into the dark, healing the sick and leading the world into the blessings of God.
You may not agree, but I think Jesus may be talking to us in the verses I listed at the top of this document. I’m not asking you to believe or agree with my arguments. But the truth about Christmas and other profit generating traditions will set the Churches free…
