I’m consider posting a petition on Whitehouse.gov for Obama to pass an executive order stating that any part congress or government ,state or federal, involved in the trying to pass legislation  having to do with the repeal of any amendments to the constitution would face immediate termination of office, fines and considerable time in federal prison with a restraining order to restrict communication with anyone outside of the prison facility until FULL SENTENCE has been served. The expiration date on this Executive order would be on the date of the next Presidential inauguration.

If they want these jobs, they will have to play by the rules, and the constitution IS THE RULE BOOK.
