Can someone tell me how to go through my ISP to find and sign up for a foreign ISP and then perhaps use that ISP or proxy to connect with a third ISP or proxy to conduct my freedom of speech without my original ISP know and ban the activity? Answers would be appreciated. For direct contact, my email address is sccornell@sccornell.com.

  1. You don’t need to do any ISP proxying of any sort. Just use “Tor”.
